Palazzo Abadessa is set in a refined Venetian relays of the 16th century, situated in the heart of the city in a very typical area near Ca D'Oro. Sofia canal and has a private docking place. The hotel is ideally located behind the beautiful museum Ca d’ Oro, across the Grand Canal from the Rialto Market and at walking distance from St. Mark Square, on a route scattered with the finest shops in Venice. Enjoy a warm welcome in the atrium with marble flooring, a painted ceiling and polychrome windows with leaded glass that look out onto the canal. On the opposite side there is a magnificent embracing kind of staircase that leads to the first floor of the building. The palace has frescoed ceilings, authentic antique furniture, precious silk fabrics and important paintings from the Palma il Giovane and the Tintoretto schools (Renaissance period).
